AFIT alum Dr. Kevin Ford (PhD Astronautical Engineering, 1997) discusses how his Air Force career led him to the International Space Station.
“I wouldn’t have got to space, clearly, without my Air Force career…and the opportunities that I got in the Air Force, to fly F-15s and F-16s and get graduate degrees, is just – I’m very spoiled and very lucky. And so I appreciate that.”
